Q. How far do you travel?

A. Our travel radius is 50 miles, but we would gladly travel a little further. Let us know your location and we can work out a travel fee or help locate a partnering business.

Q. How long is set up?

A. Our set up is quick and easy! Ideally, we would like to allow 45-60 mins for set up, just to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Q. Do you have offer full day rates?

A. Yes! Call, text, or email. Let’s talk.

Q. Do you have weekday, overnight, or travel packages?

A. For you, yes.

Q. Can I book the week of my event?

A. Definitely. You can book the day of... If we have availability, we’ll be there for you :)

Q. How do I pay?

A. We accept credit cards, cash, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal.

Photo booths questions?

Q. How many hours do I need for a photo booth rental?

A. Totally depends! Is this a company event? Birthday party? Holiday party? Graduation? You may want to have the photo booth for the duration of your party… If you are planning to rent a photo booth for your wedding day, we recommend inquiring through our contact form, or simply give us a call. We would be more than happy to help plan a photo booth to meet the needs of your big day!

Q. Can I add on time to rental period?

A. Yes, of course. Just let us know how much additional time you’d like. We can add increments of 30 or 60 minutes. A heads up is always appreciated so we can make arrangements for pickup/ breakdown.

Q. Do you provide an attendant?

A. We will provide an attendant with the Gold & Platinum Packages to ensure everything goes smoothly, since, there is a little more involved with having a printer!

The Party Starter Package comes with initial set up and we’ll remain on site to provide guidance to the first few guests to get comfortable with our machines. Truth is, the photo booth is extremely user-friendly. Assistance will most likely not be needed, but we will only be a phone call/text away!

The amount of time you have an attendant on site for your event is customizable. Just reach out to discuss your wants and needs! We’re happy to work with you.

Q. What is a custom overlay?

A. An overlay is a graphic that is displayed over your photo. Check out our add ons to see some examples!

Q. Can I design my own overlay?

You can either select from a library of fully designed overlays with customizable text or we can create an overlay from scratch by uploading personalized graphics and text. We come up with a daft based on your ideas and logo. We offer a revision to get exactly what you’re looking for.

Q. What type of custom backdrops do you offer?

A. We have several different options available. Check out our add ons to find the perfect backdrop for you event.

Q. What if you don’t have the backdrop I’m looking for?

A. We are up for the challenge! Let us know what you have in mind and we can work to source the perfect backdrop.
